Welcome to 92101 Coworks! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our coworking space, services, and facilities. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of 92101 Coworks, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of our services.
2. Membership and Access
Eligibility: To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts.
Membership Plans: We offer various membership plans with different access and benefits. All membership plans are subject to availability and may change periodically. Please refer to our membership guide for details.
Access: Access to the coworking space is limited to the hours specified in your membership plan. Unauthorized access outside these hours is prohibited.
3. Payments and Fees
Membership Fees: Fees for memberships are due in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. Payment can be made via the methods listed on our payment platform.
Late Payments: A late fee will be applied to any overdue invoices. If a payment is not made within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership.
Additional Fees: You may incur additional charges for services such as printing, parking, or meeting room bookings. These fees will be outlined in the membership plan or invoice.
4. Use of Facilities
General Use: Members are expected to maintain a clean and respectful environment. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, and shared spaces should be used considerately.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use the coworking space for illegal activities or activities that disrupt the use of the space by others. This includes, but is not limited to, the sale of illegal goods, harassment, or harmful behavior.
Personal Property: 92101 Coworks is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Members are encouraged to secure their belongings at all times.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Confidentiality: Any proprietary information or trade secrets shared between members or with 92101 Coworks should be kept confidential.
Privacy: Your personal information will be collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
6. Termination and Suspension
Termination by Member: You may terminate your membership by providing at least 30 days' notice before the end of your billing cycle.
Termination by 92101 Coworks: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or if we are unable to provide services for any reason.
Refunds: Terminations are not subject to refunds, except as stated in your membership plan or where required by law.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold 92101 Coworks harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the coworking space, including any actions taken by other members or third parties in connection with your membership.
8. Limitation of Liability
92101 Coworks is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise from the use of the coworking space or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the services during the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego, California.
